Returns

We accept returns within 7 days from the date of delivery.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused, unmarked, and in its original condition.

  • Books must not have bent pages, writing, or damaged covers.

  • Stationery items must be unopened and in original packaging.

Items that show signs of use cannot be accepted.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the status of your refund.

If the return is approved:

  • Refunds will be issued to your original payment method.

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable, unless the return is a result of an error on our part.

Please allow 5–7 business days for the refund to reflect in your account.

Exchanges

Non-Returnable Items

Damaged or Defective Items

If an item arrives damaged, misprinted, or defective:

Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

  • If the return is due to our error (wrong item, defective product), we will provide free return shipping.
